Rumors are circulating that Jimmy has already signed a deal with Chicagos most favorite, yet least championed team.
He'd still have to pass waivers which would happen sometime on Wed.
So. What do you think about it?

I think he should retire so we can remember him as Jimmy Baseball and not "that guy that should have quit long ago"

I think the man should play if he can... There is no such thing as team loyalty any more. Baseball became a business a long time ago and the owners and players treat it that way...
And Chicago is in dire straights in outfield. Pie and the other guy he's platooning with are HUGE disappointments... I would just hate to see him in Cubbie blue...

Company loyalty, or brand loyalty is going by the wayside because of stakeholder profits, jobs, lawsuits, etc., people are becoming consultants because they cannot count on a single company for 30 years any longer... However, I do not believe it is not the workers fault!
