There were 6 Games in the Premiership during tuesday and yesterday. The Important results are coming:
Sunderland 1-3 Chelsea:
Chelsea had to comeback yet again after a early goal from Darren Bent. Seems the Management have problems teaching the team how to defend. Might affect them later on in the season but for now they top the table.
Liverpool 4-0 Stoke City:
Back on form for the reds on our first home game. The Main Problem from last Season is that we could not beat the so-called lesser teams. An Early goal from Torres after 3 Minutes and a acrobatic goal from Glen Johnson just on the stroke of half time put us 2-0 up at the break. During the second half(I am glad to say this), we teared Stoke to shreds, not just sitting back on our lead. A 78 Minute Goal from Dirk Kuyt sealed what for a long time looked like a deserved win for the reds. The Icing on our victory cake came when Johnson(who is a Right Back Remember) Broke down the wing, did one or two step-overs tricking the defender Shawcross into a mistake. He then crossed acroos the box for Sub David N'Gog to put in from two yards.
Guess which game I was Watching ^^^^
Other Results:
Burnley 1-0 Manchester United:
A largely Dull Game with only the two glaring chances. On 6 Minutes a wonder strike from Robbie blake put Burnley. In fairness to united they did put burnley under immense pressure for the whole game. United did get a penalty in the first half but Micheal Carrick could only watch as his "shot" went into the Grateful arms of Brian Jensen(or the "Beast") as Burnley fans call him.
That's it really. That is the update,
