These guys are not college athletes any more. They get HUGE salaries. That ought to be motivation enough. If they need to have a pep talk on top of their million dollar salaries, they should find a different job. I get paid less per year than what some of these guys get per GAME and I don't need to be jacked up by my boss every week to do my job... If they can't play worth a damn because Scott Linehan couldn't say the right words in the locker room, then maybe they should find another line of work. So if your boss comes out and says you did a crappy job. And you need to get better at it. Are you going to leave and find a different job? what? no - how is that relevant? you saying Linehan "demotivated" them? still don't buy it that these grown millionaires need to be talked "nice to" in order to play up to their potential...

What i am saying is if you boss tells you to pick up your pace all the time. And doesn't adress you when you do. you get a bad attitude. I don't care who you are or what perfesion or how much money you make. That is fact..
